Shipping policy

Shipping is available to many countries worldwide through the online store, however, for international shipments, a better rate might be attained by contacting us prior to ordering at sales@uzimafilters.org

Shipping fees are calculated automatically and reflect current carrier rates plus handling fee.

For international and inter-territorial shipments, the customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the authorities in the destination country or territory.

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted if there is a delay in processing your order. All shipping times are calculated upon fulfillment of the order (not when the order is placed). For the continental U.S., once shipped you can expect your order to arrive (on average) between 3-5 days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will be provided a confirmation email with tracking number once shipped.
